Well-maintained hotel located really close to shops, restaurants and St Mark's Square, the vaporetto and all the main attractions, and the main attractions in Venice. The twin room with potted flowers, WiFi, as for instance. Had exposed beams.

The staff members were incredibly nice and efficient. The street views from the location were beautiful. The place was clean. I enjoyed the beautiful street views from the location. the area felt secure and was at a comfortable distance from a restored 15th-century palace.

Room was spotlessly clean and in a convenient central location. s Staff very helpful and offered to store luggage while we enjoyed our last day.

The rooms were updated on 2 levels, everything was fantastic. Had nice facilities like a coffee maker and a kettle. - Its magnificent, central location was a plus. - Had a very good stay for a weekend or short vacation.

the room reserved was for three people and three beds. Luckily, one of our party members did not make it for this portion of the trip. The room only had two single beds and no room to add an additional bed. We paid extra for a large room and did not receive what we paid for. The room was excellent for the two of us.

Hotel was just off the beaten track which mean't that it was peaceful when sleeping. Access to St Marcs Square was great from the hotel location and once we got our bearings finding other surounding areas was not a problem. Room was very clean and fresh and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hotel was booked as room only which wasn't a problem as we ventured out and found many places to eat if we chose to do so.

On arrival it was very difficult to find if you, as a tourist did not understand the way in which the lanes were addressed. Also as the hotel is located up a very narrow lane it would have been very beneficial to have a sign that was overhanging on the door indicating the hotel's name so that this is visible from the main street when you look down it.

It was a good sized room and nicely furnished. Bathroom was excellent with one of the best showers we had on our Europe trip. Nice and private place. Great location, so close to Piazza San Marco.

Lucky we'd pinned down the location and printed off a detailed map of how to find it because it's on a tiny "street" that would be very easy to miss. Also reception is located in a different hotel around the corner. Neither are really problems but make sure you are aware of these issues before you book as reception is only open til 6 so arrive early!

Very central hotel just two mintues walk to St Marks Square. Private entrance and nice comforable room with A/C and Fridge in room. Also every day maid changed sheets and towels.

TV was only in italian.
